Chadwicks at Turramurra kindly hosted the Kuringgai Chamber October event. Ray Talati gave a wonderfully detailed overview of local Ku-ring-gai property prices, some history and some of the challenges. New Builds are very popular now as renovation costs and building material costs are high.
