At the Professional Services Coffee Session on 24th July 2025, attendees explored practical strategies to strengthen their presence and engagement on LinkedIn, helping professionals and business owners build meaningful connections and grow their personal brand.
The session began with reviewing and updating profiles, including crafting compelling headlines and summaries, and adding professional headshots and cover images. These updates immediately enhanced visibility and credibility on the platform.
Participants identified 10–15 strategic connection targets for the week and committed to spending 15 minutes daily engaging with content. By liking, commenting, and sharing thoughtfully, attendees began fostering stronger relationships with peers, potential clients, and collaborators.
Content creation was also a focus: planning 2–3 posts to share weekly, preparing newsletters, joining 2–3 relevant industry groups, and setting up Google Alerts to track trending topics. The skills section was updated with relevant keywords, and one success story was prepared to share with their network.
The session concluded by encouraging one offline meeting with a valuable LinkedIn connection, demonstrating how online engagement can lead to real-world opportunities.
Overall, the Coffee Session highlighted that consistent, strategic LinkedIn activity builds influence, trust, and tangible business growth.
