Ku-ring-gai Chamber of Commerce held a fabulous session on “Wellbeing in the Workplace”.

– the importance of Ergonomics in the daily use of chairs, desks in the workplace.
– The importance of non exercise, daily movements that are vital
– Healthy food choics that can make huge differences
– Self care strategies that can be used at work
This was such a valuable topic for all attending and a sound way for Ku-ring-gai chamber to make a difference in the business community.
