What we’ll cover
In this interactive session, Karen O’Connell, founder of All Things HR incorporating Kingfisher Coaching Services, will share practical insights and examples across four key areas:
- Executive coaching in practice – How coaching supports leaders and businesses, with real examples of what works.
- Building leadership capability – Strengthening resilience, wellbeing and performance, with practical tips you can apply immediately.
- Optimising delivery as a leader – Balancing demands, priorities and people to get the best outcomes.
- HR mini-update for small business – A focused look at managing psychosocial risks, with practical examples relevant to today’s workplaces.
Each topic will include a short overview, practical examples, and actionable tips.
The presentation will run for 30–45 minutes, followed by Q&A.
Karen will also be happy to connect for one-on-one coffees after the event for anyone wanting to explore specific issues in more depth.
About the Speaker
Karen O’Connell is an executive coach, HR consultant and small business owner, working with leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership capability and workplace practices.
Karen has lived locally in Turramurra for over 25 years and brings experience across both corporate and small business environments. She is the founder of All Things HR, incorporating Kingfisher Coaching Services, and also co-owns and operates Stormy Lodge, a mixed farming enterprise and White Suffolk sheep stud near Wagga Wagga.
Her unique blend of coaching, HR expertise and hands-on business ownership delivers practical, relatable insights for today’s leaders.
